Workshops

The Workshops are the main events of EUROAVIA Napoli “Umberto Nobile”. In this format of events, participants get the chance to develop soft and hard skills that may be beneficial for their professional growth. Habitually, they are organized in April/May and they are divided into four phases: formation, designing, crafting and testing.

1. Formation phase

The first phase of a Workshop is the moment in which the participants acquire all the fundamental information that meets the objectives of the event. The lectures are delivered by professors or by the technical department of the organization team.

2. Designing phase

In the second phase, the participants, are divided into teams, and start designing the final project, which will guide them throughout all the competition.

3. Crafting phase

The Crafting phase is the essence in which project comes to life. In this phase methods and techniques are implemented based on observations that are suited for specific situations. 

4. Testing phase

This is the most gratifying phase because each team has the chance to see the fruits of their hard work. Also, at the end of this phase the winning team will be announced.
